Pyxis Discovery Joins the NVIDIA Inception Program
We’re excited to announce that Pyxis Discovery has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception program, a selective initiative designed to support startups using AI, Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) computing, and advanced machine learning to tackle major industry challenges.
This is an important milestone for Pyxis Discovery as we continue building AI-driven solutions for accelerating scientific discovery. The program provides access to a powerful ecosystem of technical expertise and industry resources, including:
- Technical guidance and training from NVIDIA experts
- Access to cutting-edge GPU technologies and development tools
- Go-to-market support and opportunities for increased visibility
- Connections with other researchers and startups
Powering the Future of Life Science with NVIDIA BioNeMo and Clara
As part of the NVIDIA Inception program, we are particularly excited about getting acquainted with BioNeMo and Clara, NVIDIA platforms designed to support AI-driven research across the life sciences.
BioNeMo enables large-scale modelling of biological and chemical systems, supporting tasks such as protein structure and interaction modelling, molecular design, and representation learning for complex biomolecular data. Clara complements this by providing AI frameworks and workflows for working with biomedical datasets and downstream analysis.
Together, these platforms strengthen our ability to move efficiently from data to insight, explore complex biological hypotheses, and iterate on discovery workflows with greater speed and rigor—powered by NVIDIA’s accelerated computing stack.
Integrating BioNeMo in Pyxis Discovery
For Pyxis Discovery, the ability to integrate BioNeMo, Clara and related NVIDIA AI technologies means we can dramatically improve how we model, simulate, and optimise biological systems and offer:
- Faster iteration of hypotheses and experimental designs, reducing research cycles from months to weeks or even days
- More predictive insights into molecular behaviour through advanced AI-driven analysis
- Enhanced capability to tackle challenging targets, such as complex protein interactions or novel small-molecule candidates.
From a practical perspective, we will be able to provide faster and more efficient workflows and greater confidence in addressing challenging discovery problems.
We are grateful for this opportunity which underscores the growing recognition of our approach and the momentum behind our mission. Being part of NVIDIA Inception equips us with new capabilities and a broader network to bring our vision to life even faster — and to bring clear value to your scientific challenges.
Thank you for following us on this journey as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in AI-accelerated discovery!
